Policy:
If returning, please make sure 100% of the packing material is included with the product return. You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of shipment date. Shipping and handling are not refunded. The item is subject to between 15% - 25% restock fee. All items packing material should be 100%. If less than that, we have the right to refuse a refund. Please make sure to keep all packaging material in the event a refund needs to be isssued. All products returned MUST be insured. We can not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. All payments made by credit card, a credit issuance will appear on your billing statement.
Free items must be returned. Buyer pays shipping. This is do to customers buying an item to get the free item and then want to return the paid item for a refund. Sorry for your inconvenience.
