Return/ cancellation
Please read the auction item carefully. If you have any questions ask before you bid.
I stand behind my merchandise and want you to be satisfied. I try to keep costs down as much as possible so please do not bid if you do not intend to pay for the item. That is unfair to the other bidders.
If you receive an item you purchased and it is damaged in shipping, please let me know ASAP.
If you have any problem with your purchase please notify me ASAP. We can discuss what needs to be done to rectify problems.
Item must be returned within: 7 Days (the buyer pays shipping fees).
Refund will be given as: Money Back in the same way item was paid for (i.e. using paypal refund will be through Paypal, Google through Google, etc.)
Shipping:
I try to mail any items within 2 business days. If I am unable to do that I will let you know.
I normally use USPS, with delivery confirmation (I will email the information to you with tracking number). I also include insurance for any item that is fragile or breakable. I will pay for the insurance.
Any BuyitNow auction includes the cost for shipping/handling and insurance. I will use the most economical way to ship the item to you. If for some reason you need the item sooner then the shipping mode will get it to you, please let me know and we can make arrangements to adjust the shipping mode to something faster.
For auction items where shipping is charged: I use a conventional scale that is not intended solely for postage. If the cost the buyer is charged is more than $2.00 above the actual postage the difference will be returned to the buyer.
