We provide free shipping on all items choosing the most cost effective way to deliver customer purchases, however this may not suit all customers due to longer delivery times. We know that certain customers may need their items delivered quickly and so we provide at least 2 other alternatives to free shipping to cater for these people. These alternatives will be priced fairly taking into consideration the product type, value and insurance.
We operate a strict 2 check policy where goods are inspected once received from suppliers and again before they are dispatched to you. However this does not mean that items can arrive to customers damaged or defective.
In cases where you have received a damaged or defective item then please contact us immediately. We will assign a returns number to you along with the return address and ask you to return the item to along with a note detailing what is wrong with the item. It will then be tested and a refund issued or you'll have the option to receive a replacement item, depending on stock levels.
We cannot accept returns on damaged or defective items where the item has been mistreated by the buyer through either accidental or malicious intent. This includes and is not limited to damage sustained by dropping or throwing, water, fire etc.
If you purchase an item and simply change your mind then we can accept returns within 14 days of dispatch provided the item is returned unopened and unused. Around holiday periods such as Christmas this will be extended, usually till around mid January.
