Kay Dees Crafts
We are a family owned and run business selling craft supplies predominantly for cardmaking and scrapbooking.
Having an online presence enables us to reach a diverse range of customers throughout the UK, Europe, USA, Japan and Australia.
Including products from ranges such as Forever Friends, Country Companions, Papermania, Docrafts, Dress it Up and Flower Factory the craft supplies sourced by us at Kay Dees Crafts are suitable for the whole family to enjoy creating treasured memories, gifts and craft items together.
Available only online, the products we stock are of very high quality and at a price everyone can afford.
As a business we adhere to the Distance Selling Regulations and are also members of the Federation of Small Businesses.

We are always happy to combine postage.
Delivery
Purchases are taken to the Sorting Office every weekday at 12pm, from there is it in the hands of the Royal Mail - you can request Next Day Special Delivery if you like, but this is very costly and more often than not your parcel will arrive the next day anyway if you are in mainland UK.
This of course does change during Royal Mails busy periods and Bank Holidays when there may be a slight delay in your purchases reaching you.
We do not dispatch items on Saturdays and Sundays.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, or any part of the transaction process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Notice of intention to return must be advised within 7 days of receipt.
Postage and packaging costs will be refunded only if item is not as described or damaged.
Items to be returned with original packaging, particularly in claims of damaged goods.
