Hi Everybody and Welcome!

We are a mother/daughter team with a life-long love of nature and all things simple and pure. God blessed us both with busy hands and creative minds and we love crafting of all kinds, including gardening, floral design, cake decorating, home decorating, sewing and culinary. Our marketing ventures began over 20 years ago when we sold our wares at craft shows in Upstate New York. It was a whole lot of fun but also a whole lot of work so we re-invested our efforts in a bricknmortar store in a small community. Somehow that just wasn’t as much fun and in search of greener pastures we attended several seminars for internet marketing. There was a lot to absorb, but one theme remained constant and that was that we would be working smarter, not harder. We started selling on ebay in 2004, and in addition to our newest venture here on ebid, we currently manage stores on etsy.com as well as our own private website.  (Did someone say "smarter" not "harder"?????) To make it easier to find what you're looking for, we've created several departments with different categories to showcase our vast and varied assortment of products.

Herbs 'n  More  is our herbal department, where you’ll find an array of therapeutic herbs, botanicals, essential, carrier, massage and fragrance oils, therapy wraps and other herbal products and natural alternatives for self-help healthcare and healty living for people and pets. One of our most popular items is our Floral Waters/Hydrosols, in many different fragrance choices. We make some of our herbal products and some we buy in bulk and re-package in smaller sizes for personal use. We can also provide in bulk for our heavy use customers, so please ask.

Annies Country Gourmet holds a cupboard full of our very own special culinary mixes and blends, herbs and spices for your cooking and baking pleasure, along with some of those hard-to-find herbs and spices packaged conveniently in small sizes for use at home. We both buy, sell, mix and bag our own stuff. We also have some vintage and contemporary baking pans and supplies, some gently used and some new, but always quality! 

BlueBonnet Boutique  is home to "Annabethroberts" our private label for individually hand-cut and home-sewn creations. The boutique also stocks quality nearly new apparel for special occasions, new shell, hematite and magnetic jewelry, scarves, headwear and other unique and useful accessories.

Grannies Attic  is, well, exactly what you might think. It's a place where you'll find all that kind of stuff like we both used when we were growing up in our parents' homes and that we now see sitting on shelves in antique shops...Yikes!!! We've brushed away the dustwebs and chased all the spiders to make it easy for you to see.  You can call it retro, vintage, collectible or antique or whatever the current buzz word is, but it all brings back wonderful memories of simpler days gone by. So whether you're a collector looking for something special or maybe just want to take a stroll down memory lane, be sure to stop in and take a look. You might find something you just can't live without!

Second Hand Rose is our thrift shop, a collection of gently used and nearly new merchandise, including clothing, household items, domestics and other soft goods at a fraction of the price you would pay in large retail establishments. We shop garage sales and flea markets and hand-pick top quality items in excellent condition. You'll find national brands such as Old Navy, Levis, Lee, Carters, Columbia, Mary-Kate & Ashey and more, along with store brands like Arizona, Worthington, Faded Glory, White Stag, Route 66 and more. Some even have store tags on them. Whatever the label, you can be sure others won't know it isn't new unless you tell them!

Please be patient while we stock our stores and get them ready to open as we just joined ebid and we do all of our own site work, as well as order processing and shipping.  If you can't find one of our stores, it probably isn't open for business yet, but will be soon so please check back. Now that we've told you where you'll find what you're looking for, here's how we operate:

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Whatever your needs and whichever store you choose to shop in, customer service and satisfaction is #1 with us. We have a 100% positive feedback rating with over 3000 comments from our wonderful customers. You can click on the link at the bottom of this page to view our feedback on Repatoo.

BONUS BUCKS REWARDS PROGRAM: We discount 10% off the total amount of your merchandise on each and every purchase just for shopping any of our stores. It costs us less to sell here on ebid than on ebay, so we're sharing the savings with our customers! Discounts are credited immediately during after auction processes if you wait for us to invoice you. In case you forget, don't fret, as we will refund your 10% via paypal! 

RETURNS/REFUNDS: We work hard on our listings to make sure the information is accurate and complete. We are human and sometimes make mistakes.  When you receive your order, if you feel an item has been misrepresented or differs substantially from information in he listing, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, please contact us before leaving feedback. We will work with you to resolve the problem quickly. We do accept returns; however, due to the nature of our products, some items cannot be returned. The customer will pay all shipping costs to return the unsatisfactory item; and a refund or store credit will be issued once the item has been successfully returned. If an item has been shipped as a "free ship", this simply means that the shipping costs are included in the cost of the product and will be deducted before a refund is processed to the customer.

SHIPPING:  We usually ship within 48 hours after receipt of your payment and in most cases your order is in the mail by the next business day. The only exceptions are hand-crafted items that may take another day or so, as we do not make these up ahead of time.  These items will be clearly identified in the listings so there won't be any surprises or disappointments.  We do accept personal checks but must wait for them to clear before shipping, so there is a 5-business day hold on all orders paid by check.

We're not in the shipping business, and we don't hide extra profits in our shipping fees. You pay what the USPS charges us for delivery of your order from our door to yours. We do charge a very modest fee of 75-cents on small orders of less than $7.50 (before shipping costs are added) to help pay for packing materials, shipping envelopes and basic fees charged for processing online payments, no matter how small the sale. We offer free shipping on any purchase of $100 or more to customers with continental US addresses.

We use the United States Postal Service as our shipping agent and have been very pleased with their competitve rates and speed of delivery. We ship Monday through Friday, except for holidays. USPS Services include First Class Domestic, First Class International, Priority Flat Rates and Priority Regional A & B Rates. Method of delivery is determined by USPS based on total shipping weight of your order. We do not ship parcel post because it takes so much longer and the savings literally amounts to only pennies.

SHIPPING WEIGHT:  This is not the weight of the item as listed in the description...it is the total weight of your order, including packing material and shipping container, as it is presented to the post office. Some items require bubble wrap, shredded paper, newspaper, cardboard or other materials to help protect them during shipment and these add weight to the package. We pack as lightly as possible, but always with safe delivery of your order being our primary concern.

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS: Yes, we do combine orders to help you save on shipping costs and hopefully eliminate that small order fee for you. Most of the time your order will ship in one package; however there have been occasions when it has actually cost less to ship in two smaller packages. We have been at this a long time and have explored all angles, so you can be sure we will do our best to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We do ship to most other countries, but please be sure to ask about shipping rates to your country before you order. Also, international customers are responsible for payment of any additional fees (import tariffs, taxes, duty, etc)  Be advised that we cannot insure First Class International packages and cannot track them once they have left US borders. We will provide a proof of mailing for international orders.
