| The Story of Jeweled Page Creations |

"Jeweled Page Creations" is an offshoot of "The Jeweled Page". In the Fall of 2010 Tim & Linda began the adventure of selling on line, out of necessity when their daughter announced she had been asked by a young man to be his wife. At the same time, they discovered their roof needed to be replaced. Their prospective son-in-law was a roofer and so permission to have the hand of their daughter in marriage involved an arrangement to do the roof at a discount! To raise the funds needed they began selling Tim's library of nearly 4,000 books and the contents of a couple of jewelry boxes full of inherited vintage jewelry that had been stored in a bedroom closet for years. Hence the name, "Jeweled Page"!
They discovered that this was something they enjoyed doing together and so when the books and inherited jewelry was gone ... and the roof and wedding were complete ... they decided to continue doing it, specializing in "vintage to now" costume jewelry found in antique malls and garage sales, and pre-owned books found here and there. While Tim and Linda were visiting the Iowa State Fair in 2015, they and met a couple who made and sold hand-made jewelry. Tim's interest was piqued and he began making wire-wrapped gemstone, and beaded, jewelry and that gave birth to "Jeweled Page Creations".
Now, in 2016, they are beginning to explore the possibilities of taking their inventory from both enterprises "on the road" as they begin participating in vendor events in the Midwest.
