Customer feedback is the best indicator/testimony of every reputable seller and therefore I take every comment very seriously. If you have a problem with any of my products please contact me before leaving any negative feedback, as in my short experience, anything can be resolved or settled to the satisfaction of both parties. I would never attempt to sell anything to anyone anywhere without making sure that "it does what it says on the tin".
I buy and sell mainly IT related items, ranging from mice to Laptops. I am new to ebid and intend to grow as much as I have on ebay in recent months. So watch this space.
RETURNS POLICY
All units are removed from packaging tested, and repacked prior to any listing being entered, to ensure all items are in full working order. If in the unlikely event the item is found to be faulty it must be reported within 7 business days of receipt or 14 days if outside UK border. All items must be returned in their original packaging. The buyer must cover return postage for any item returned and a refund for the original postage will be paid if a refund is requested. Postage cost of sending a replacement item to you will be covered. No postage will be refunded if the returned item is found not to be faulty when tested. Please be aware that a note of the serial number of each item has been recorded.
