Delivery

Non Branded Items - We aim to deliver your items within 14-21 days however we are reliant on third party carriers and cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay. We ask all buyers to allow 28 days for delivery. We endeavor to deliver all items within the time scales given, if we cannot fullfill a order within the timescales given we will offer an exchange for a similar item or a full non quibble refund.

We ship all of our orders via Royal Mail Recorded, and as such are subject to royal mails ruling that a item is not deemed "lost" until 21 days after posting if this should occur once this is confirmed we will re-issue your order or refund at your request. We post all items in sealed mailing bags with no indication of your parcels contents.

Genuine Branded items - We aim to delivery all branded items within 5-7 business days.

RETURNS -

Returns will only be accepted for faulty items. When you recieve your order please check it immediately and contact us if there are faults within 72 hours of reciept. We will exchange faulty items on a like for like basis only, except where the items faulty are no longer available whereby a credit note will be issued to you.
