Terms
Payment
All payments are expected within 7 days of the closed auction or receipt of the billing invoice. PayPal is the only accepted method of payment.
** NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS!
** International Buyers must have a PayPal account
** Credit card payments are only accepted through PayPal
** You don't have to have a Paypal account to pay with your credit card
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact Gwyd's Forge in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.
** Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
** Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund.
** Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.
Warranty
All of our items are protected by a 90 day warranty. If your item is defective and within warranty, contact Gwyd's Forge in order to obtain further instructions. If parts are needed, we will promptly ship replacement parts free of charge. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note that if we find the cause to be from wear and tear the customer may incur repair charges and be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returns
Please contact Gwyd's Forge with detailed information at or through the web store you purchased the item from.
** Returns will be refunded and/or credited upon receipt and inspection of the returned damaged item including the original shipping cost (within reason).
** Item replacements (where applicable) will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned damaged item without further shipping costs.
** Items must be the same item sold originally, and my mark must be present without any alterations
** Items must be returned within 14 days and must be in the original packaging or box.
** Refunds are for damaged items only that are not covered by USPS.
** We DO NOT issue refunds for lost items during shipping or just because you don’t like or want it once it arrives.
Returned Products
Returned items must Be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
** Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
** Items will only be accepted if they are returned with all of the original packaging materials and documentation.
** If any products are returned back to us and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Damage Policy
All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact Gwyd's Forge within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged item.
** A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included with any package you return.
** Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.
** We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your own protection.
Shipping Methods
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of a cleared payment. Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email. If you prefer to delay the shipping date, please let us know at the time you place the order.
** International Orders are shipped via USPS Mail, "First-Class Mail International" and a Customs Form number provided -- or -- the cheapest possible means available regardless of tracking availability. Orders over 4 pounds may be subject to being divided into several shipments if it's found to be cheaper than the standard "International Priority Mail" Service.
Shipping Times
USPS Priority Mail takes 2 to 3 days, normally. This shipping timetable is only an estimation and is not guaranteed. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Delays
We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some shipping delays are beyond our control. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly please review all information submitted before processing orders. The customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling charges in order to reship your package when at fault.
** Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open" until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon arrival if agreed upon by the Customer and Gwyd's Forge.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated on a weight basis. The USPS Priority Shipping is figured in 1 pound increments. Many of our items weigh in as "ounces" for a single item. Our standard shipping boxes with packing weigh about 5-6 ounces for our smaller items.
** We DO NOT ship on the weekends and holidays since post offices are closed
** Insurance is optional and paid by the buyer if chosen. We DO NOT offer Insurance on our items. While we pack very securely we cannot be held responsible for lost items once shipped or the amount of time USPS takes to deliver your item. We drop off the shipment to the USPS within 2 business days and our responsibility ends.
** Multiple items to the same buyer and the same address will be combined for shipping and any over shipping payment refunded or credited to your account.
** International Buyers will pay all Duties, Customs Fees, Taxes, and Tariffs. International Buyers are responsibile to ensure that that the item can be legally Imported into their Country, before making the purchase.
When placing an order the shipping will be figured before you are asked to confirm or pay for an order letting you know what it will cost before you are required to make any commitment to purchase.
Disclaimer
All materials used to create our items are NEW and have to pass our standards before they are used or are sent to our customers. The poor quality of the photos (what appears to be scratches, spots and/or smears) are an illusion and are a result of the lighting and reflective lighting from the surrounding surfaces transposed into the reflective surface of the mirror. They can also be unseen dust particles or powder residue from the coloring agent we use. We are not professional photographers and try taking a picture of a mirror surface sometime...the mirroring makes it hard to focus on the etch.
