Returns
FOR USED ITEMS:
Returns will be handled case by case. Your satisfaction is very important. Keep in mind all of our items (in most cases) are used items, and cannot be expected to be perfect. We try very hard to point imperfections, but if we leave out something you want to know or see, please ask. We don't mind taking extra photos, or answering questions.
FOR NEW ITEMS:
Item must be returned complete, and in the original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all non-defective returns. For Defective Returns contact us within 48 hours of delivery for exchange or refund.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable even if product is defective, damaged, or just wrong item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
