Some Information About Gramstreasures
Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
As a Grandmother of a certain age, I take great joy in spending my Saturday mornings with my Grandchildren, who love to go to yard sales. On our adventures, we find all kinds of things, from toys to Nurses Scrubs and everything in between. Sometimes, it's is necessary for my Grandchildren to interpret what they've just convinced me to purchase (toys, toys, toys), but I find that I am able to make purchases that I fully understand as well (clothing, books, antiques, etc). Ya never know what you're gonna find! Odds are, if it's not here now, it will be soon, or just was. If you are looking for something specific, let me know and I can watch for it during our travels.
Each week, upon return from our shopping adventures, we run first for the camera and then to the computer to get our newest treasures entered. Sometimes my Grandchildren even stick around to model. Please check with us on Saturday afternoons to see what we found. For you, It's like going to yard sales without spending the time or the gas! Sometimes we can't even believe the things we find!
Ok so, I'm from generation old. Return policy? Hopefully there will never be a need (I take great pains to make my item descriptions 100% accurate), but here is my take on the topic: Treat others as I would want to be treated. It is the old school of business but I still see no reason not to continue to practice it. If I have made a mistake and sent the wrong item or the item that you received is obviously not what you ordered, contact me immediately! Only if the error is clearly mine will the item be accepted back for a full refund (so be darned sure you want it before you bid on it). Any violation of this trust will be promptly reported to Ebids. That's it. Idealistic softness with teeth.
