"GlowGadgets.com started off in 2001 as an original idea by my girlfriend Jane. We tried loads of different names for the website, but chose this one because we searched different Search Engines for "GlowGadgets" and nothing came up, anywhere. It was so original, we went for it, and here we are.

Now do a search and you will see every glow company and their dog using our original name as a way to attract visitors to their websites. Bless their cotton socks, we ain't big, but they look up to us you know.

Back then, Jane wanted me at home (when I wasn't out raving), where she could keep an eye on me. After all that time in front of my PC, making the website, fulfilling orders, keeping my customers happy, having babies (Jane helped a bit) etc..

She sometimes wishes she kept her big mouth shut. Bless her, I couldn't do it any of it without her. To cheer Jane up I say
"You should be happy my love, not every woman gets to have as many Flashlights as you do!"

Ah, she does laugh as she's slapping me round the head with a Goodsphere Bubble."

I used to sell my goodies on Auctions year ago, it's how all this started. Since then I made my own websites and even have a small shop on another well known auction site.

So I thought I would add my goodies here too, let's see what happens eh?

There are Three things I like to do Well:

Honest & Accurate Discription: I tell you what you need to know, and if I have missed somthing, you can ALWAYS contact me and ask. Yes, some of my listings have slightly odd discriptions, that's me being a bit silly. But it's should give you a good idea what I am about.

Postage & Packing : Always Done Properly and With Insurance included in the Price. When possible a Tracking number too (Expect this with AIRSURE and SPECIAL DELIVERY)

No Hassle Returns: If whatever you have bought from me, does not meet your needs, or is faulty, or you change your mind. Within 30 days of recieving it, I will Exchange, Replace, Refund or Give Credit note, AS YOU REQUEST.

Buyer pays for return delivery (non refundable) of any goods with original Packaging, Instructions, Batteries and everything else it came to you with.

TIP: When you buy something, anything from Anyone... KEEP THE PACKAGING , Instructions, Leads, etc... You never know if or when it may need returning. You can throw it all away (or recycle) eventually. Just Make Sure you are Happy with Whatever you Bought first!

IT MUST BE sent by an Insured & Signed for method of 1st class post. Make sure you write your name and address on the rear of packet in case it gets lost in the post, it will always come back to you. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be entertained. So Pack it Properly, please.

Doc likes to make sure that he has happy customers. He likes to serve the way he likes to be served. Usually in a very friendly, casual, informed and informal manner.

Doc says "This is what I want when I buy anything from anywhere, and do the same for my customers:

1, To know that what I am ordering is infact the very item that I want, and not something that I will be disappointed with.

2, To know that what I order is going to cost me what it says on the website, and not more by the time I get to checkout.

3, To know that what I have paid for is going to arrive before I start wondering where it has got to, and if it's ever going to show up.

4, To know that, what I get when it arrives, it is exactly what the website said it would be, and do what is claimed to do, and if batteries are needed they will be included. I don't want to start looking for batteries that will fit the darn thing. And there is nothing worse than getting all excited about my new gadget and when it arrives, it doesn't work.

5, To know that if I am not satisfied with the product for whatever reason, that I can return it within 30 days for an exchange, credit note or full refund. I would try it out as soon as getting it, and if it was not up to scratch, I'd be on the phone. I want to hear "Sorry about that, no problem, we will sort it out" and then they do.

6, To know that my personal details will not be shared, given, sold, rented, to any third party. And that I will not get spammers sending me offers of all kinds of crap, all because I gave my email address during checkout.

7, To know that if I have any problems with the product within 12 months of purchase, I can rely on the retailer to help me get it fixed, replaced or returned to manufacture with the minimum of hassle.

8, To know that mistakes happen, and the retailer is only human and will admit to those mistakes, and make good. Rather than make excuses. I want to hear " I was wrong, what would you like me to do to correct it"

9, To know that if I am buying something as a gift, the retailer will help the person I bought it for, if they come to him with a problem (I would expect the retailer to ask for proof of purchase, at very least who bought it, with an address )

10, To know that when I recommend the retailer to my friends, that he will treat them the same way he did me, so my friends will be happy that I showed them a great place to shop. They get all the above benefits, and I get the Kudos."
