REFUND POLICY
I will refund any items, if they arrive damaged or faulty:
You must notify me within 7 days of the item being received.
Items must then be returned and received within 31 days of dispatch.
Upon receipt of the items I will refund the cost of the item in full.
If you are sending back an item that is not damaged or faulty you must pay the postal costs.
PLEASE NOTE - Items that are being returned for any reason other than being damaged, the item must be returned in their original packaging, and with all accessories and inserts that accompanied it along with a copy of your delivery note.
If the returned item is damaged as a result of poor packaging, a refund will not be made.
