Purchase Cancellations:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by telephone on 0044 (0) 1724 735777 or by email at You may also withdraw from the purchase no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by:
sending the notice of cancellation by email to You MUST quote your name, address, Order Number; or where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to EnduroMobile.com unopened, unused and undamaged together with the original invoice. EnduroMobile.com will refund you the purchase price of the goods. Where appropriate EnduroMobile.com shall refund any additional customs duties borne by you on receipt of the relevant customs receipt.
Once EnduroMobile.com receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms), any sum debited to EnduroMobile.com from your chosen payment method as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return are received by EnduroMobile.com in the condition that they were in when delivered to you. Please allow 30 days from our receipt of your returned item(s) for the refund to be dealt with. You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to EnduroMobile.com
EnduroMobile.com reserves the right to make a 20% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion. EnduroMobile.com also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Non Faulty Returns
For the Return of non-faulty items:
If for any reason you would like to return an item within 7 days of receipt, please do the following -

We cannot be responsible for non-delivery, so we recommend that you get a certificate of posting. We will refund your original purchase cost, excluding your postage costs to us. The product and any associated retail packing must be returned in mint condition. EnduroMobile.com reserves the right to charge the customer where this is not the case.
Warranty Returns
For the return of faulty items:
If an item develops a fault within the guarantee period, please follow the procedure below: -
You must first contact our returns department on 0044 (0) 1724 735777 or by e-mail at:
If a replacement or repair is necessary you will be requested to send the product to the RETURNS DEPT. at Newport House, 20 Newport Drive, Winterton, North Lincolnshire, DN15 9RG, together with a completed Returns Authorisation Number. Any products returns without a RAN will not be processed. (Please obtain the authorisation number before dispatching equipment to EnduroMobile.com).
You should then repackage the item and ship it with a the RAN. Mark clearly on the outside of the package the Returns Authorisation Number - if this is omitted it may result in your return being delayed or refused at our goods inwards facility.
All electrical products are covered by a twelve month manufacturer's warranty. If your product develops a fault while under warranty, please contact EnduroMobile.com and we will advise you where to send it for repair. It is a "return to base" warranty therefore there will be a delivery charge to return the product back to the relevant UK service centre.
Manufacturer’s Extended Warranty:
Where products are covered by extended manufacturer’s warranty (example: Sonim’s 3 year warranty on Tough Phones) EnduroMobile.com will endeavor to help its customers liaise with the relevant manufacturer during the extended warranty period to ensure warranty replacements are carried out where proven to be required. Please call our returns team for assistance in this instance and they will advise of each manufacturer's returns process.
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS:
Units and Items returned remain the customer’s property until received by EnduroMobile.com. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate packaging is applied to avoid transit damage. Any damage found will be recorded and notification made to the customer. Any unauthorised upgrade to the equipment must be advised before return.
It is also recommended that a 'proof of delivery' style carriage method is used for returns as EnduroMobile.com are unable to provide refunds for goods that are lost in transit.
