Didn't receive item! Seller ignored my emails! This seller is a fraud and I believe if I didn't get PayPal involved I would never of got my refund

I have not received my item almost a month after purchasing. I have tried to contact the seller but have not heard anything. Very worried I have lost my money.
Good seller. Item re-sent after Hermes lost it
