Delivery & Returns
Our delivery services are either signed for or tracked. Please allow 3 to 5 working days from dispatch if choosing our free delivery option.
Unless otherwise stated, mainly, we offer Free Delivery - 3 to 5 Day Service - £0.00.
We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Returns
All products offered by Dealz.2.u are made of a high standard however if you need to return an item then please follow the guidelines below.
Please contact us along with your order number.
For items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or are damaged please contact us within 14 days of purchase. For damaged items please also take the time to send an image. In these cases we will ask you to return the product/s and replace them for you.
If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. Please let us know the product you have received and take the time to send an image. We will do our best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
Once you have discussed your return with us by email the address, We will inform you of the return address.

Goods that are faulty may be returned.
Goods that are no longer required can be returned as long as the packaging remains intact and is in a re-saleable condition.
The buyer is responsible for all returns costs.
We charge 10% of the cost of the item when returning goods that are no longer required. Faulty goods, no charges deducted. All returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please contact us in the first instance to report any problems regarding item returns.
