Hi, everyone and I want to welcome you to our new business here Cyber Gift Express. We will be posting new auctions daily that will feature discounted items, home décor, collectibles and much more. We have sold on the other site before but personally, we found it too pricey and competitive and not nearly fair enough for the average seller. A few things I want to tell you about our policies and products so you know exactly how we run things. Here at Cyber Gift Express we believe in being open and honest with all our customers.
Our Products
All our products are genuine, made here in the United States, and are free of any flaws of any kind. We sell one hundred percent quality items and expect that each sale you do with us will make you a satisfied customer. In the near future, we will have a Facebook page and once that is, live, it will be listed on our profile here so you may follow and contact us there as well if you would like. Let us know how our products are working out for you. We do not mean just good stuff but bad things as well. Tell us your feedback so we can improve the customer experience for everyone. We believe in giving our customers the same kind of product that you would expect to get from any store in the world today.
Shipping and Refund Policy
1-All our items will be $4.99 for shipping and $2.99 for each additional item in your order.
2-All our items come with delivery insurance if there is a concern, your product is damaged, or anything resulting from delivery contact us.
3-If ever an item never arrives to you in a timely fashion please contact us via the contact us link here on Ebid.com. That being said we like to give a general timeframe for delivery of 10-14 days. During certain times of the year such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day we ask that you please give us a window of five extra days to allow for the heavier volume going through the postal system at those times of the year.
4-All purchases made through us are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee from the day you receive your item. We will do follow up emails so we know you received it and to see how your experience is so far. If there are any damages, dissatisfactions, or any concerns or problems that is not a problem here at Cyber Gift Express. Contact us and make arrangements to send the item back and we will offer you a credit for a future purchase or a total refund including shipping on your purchase. All we ask is that you contact us within 30 days.
