Paypal, PPPay, cheques, uncrossed postal orders, cash and bank transfers are acceptable from UK buyers.
Paypal and PPPay only for overseas buyers.
Packaging could be new or used. Depends on what is on hand and what the item fits into.
Items to UK addresses will be sent 2nd class or by standard parcel.
For items to overseas buyers, wait for a quote on shipping costs before paying.
Whenever possible, items will be posted within three days of receiving payment. In the event
of delayed posting, the buyer will be informed.
Refunds will be given for items that are not as described and when the buyer has a genuine
complaint. Many items are used, so cannot always be flawless. Any faults I will mention in the listing.
Contact before returning any items.
Complaints must be made within the ten days after the date franked on the parcel by the post office.
Items must be returned within ten days of the complaint being raised.
On receipt of returned items, a full refund will be given minus the buyer's postage costs incurred from returning the item.
Items that are returned by buyers who do not contact first will not be given a refund.
