TERMS AND CONDITIONS
How to order: Please check with us first before you make a payment for item availability. Then you can make an immediate payment once item is purchased.
Payment Method: Paypal
Return Policy: No returns unless item is defective or damaged or wrong product was shipped. Buyers are responsible for their return shipping cost and please contact us for further details. Otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Store Credit: You will get a store credit if the item is 1) out of stock and we no longer carry the product and you already made a payment to us. 2) If the item is backordered, store credit does not apply as we will ship you the item once it is in stock.
The store credit is good for 6 months from the date you purchased your item. You will not need to go through another transaction but to let us know your new item that you would like us to send you with the same equal value. We will notify you if you qualify for a store credit.
NOTE TO BUYER: Store credit will be counted as forfeit if you DO NOT USE it within 6 months (starting from the date of your original first transaction).
Refund Policy: (ONLY APPLIES TO OUT OF STOCK ITEM) If you do not wish to receive a store credit but a refund, a 1.5 % processing fee will be charged. Please understand once payment is made, we are being charged as well even it was refunded.
Product Policy: Products are sold and shipped as described under each item description and shown in the picture. All products are brand new and unworn unless stated otherwise. If you need additional info for the product, simply just contact us and we will try to give you as much info as possible.
Delivery Time:
Please note that delivery times are for business days (M-F) only minus the weekends. Package usually arrives between the delivery time but if it still hasn't arrive for some reason, please give it a few more days and please contact us so we can resolve the situation ASAP.
In addition, unexpected circumstances may occur and will affect the delivery time such as bad weather like snowstorm, rain storm, typhoon, post office delay, power outage, holidays (businesses are closed) just to name a few. Please understand there will be a delay if any of these occur during your transaction process; therefore, DO NOT leave us neg feedback for circumstances that none of us could control.

Combined Shipping: Sorry. We cannot offer combined shipping due to the individual weight of the item.
Discounts or Offer Code: All discounts or offer code must be sent to us before payment through AAL "Ask seller a question" with your transaction ID so we can adjust the price. OR by requesting an invoice and provide us your discount code and questions.
NOTE: If no email or offer code was sent, price WILL NOT be adjusted automatically through the EBID system.
Custom and Taxes: The buyer is responsible for all custom fees if there are any. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, and confiscated goods.
Completed transaction: Immediate payment is required and needs to be received within 2-3 days before a case is opened.
