I sell vintage decor and antiques for the home and for the collector.

Items include many vases, figurines, bone china tea sets, art pottery, sculptures and wall art.

or private courier 48hrs - 3 days

International Buyers - Europe 2-5 Days, Royal Mail International

                                     -  USA and Rest of the World 5-7 days

Insurance is always inclusive on all items for the max amount possible.
This info should be used as a guide only due to constant changes within the postal services and the seller has the right to use the most suitable postage option and change option without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to check customs rules for your country before purchasing items that may be prohibited.

Returns Policy

If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase please let me know asap so I can avoid similar instances in the future and quickly resolve any issues you may have. If the issue can not be resolved and you want to return the item for a refund I will provide you with return address and refund issued same day I receive item.
All items are photographed and serial numbers recorded and compared to item returned before signing for it...... any deception or attempt to scam will be treated seriously and reported to highest authorities. I do not want unhappy customers so I offer refunds on items for almost any reason. In some circumstances the buyer may be required to pay the postage costs of returning item and must be returned within 14 days of receiving.
If you opted for the economy international post you are excluded from refund and insurance may be void due to the time passed since purchase, however there are occasional exceptions.

FAQ's
Q. My item has not arrived, what now?
A.  I consider myself a good seller, and good sellers rarely have issues with lost or delayed parcels but in the rare event that an issue should arise....
Please allow sufficient time for slight delay... then if still no item message me and I will get answers from couriers/Royal Mail as to the whereabouts of parcels and I will keep you informed in real time..... Worst case scenario is a full refund with no hesitation and my sincere apologies.... I will never tell you to get in touch with courier to query delivery or make a claim or anything else
Q. Do you take offers on items?
A. Why not...If the offer is genuine and reasonable then I will reply to you.
Q. Do you give discounts on multi purchases?
A. Yes I do....let me know what you are interested in and I will message you a total price including delivery costs.(delivery cost is also reduced)
Q. Can I trust you with a big payment?
A. With more than 10 years experience selling online you can 100% trust me with all types of payment including Credit Cards, Debit cards, PayPal and any other method. Other safety features make PayPal, credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers very safe payment methods and have good buyer protection policies.
Q.I want to purchase several items with alternate postage destinations or a different delivery date can you do that?
A. Items are only insured with PayPal if item is posted to the address on the buyers PayPal account, so for expensive items I do not change this.
I promise to do my very best to resolve any issues should there be any, in a speedy and professional manner even long after the transaction if need be.
I guarantee that the item in the picture listing is the exact same item that will be packed and sent to the buyer.
