We have been selling online since September 2009 and we also traded at Wonderland Market in Cleethorpes until April 2014.

If you can not find what you are looking for in any of our stores then please ask as the chances are we will be able to get the items for you if we dont have them in stock and we can create a listing for you once we have agreed on a price that we are both happy with.

Delivery and Postage Information
We aim to despatch all our orders within 3 working days.
We are happy to combine postage costs on multiple purchases made within 7 days as long as long as they are paid for together.
Please request an invoice before paying and we will calculate the discount for you. All P&P costs are based on the weight of the item including packaging as per UK Post Office published costs plus cost of packaging.
All our items are sent using either the Royal Mail Service selected at the time you check out, However Larger/Heavier/Bulky orders will be sent using a Courier Service.
all signed for items including courier delivery will require a signature on delivery, you will need to ensure someone is home to accept the delivery and to sign for it.
We will advise you in advance if we use a courier service, where this delivery method is more cost effective or the most suitable service to be used for your order, this applies to larger,heavier and more expensive orders.
you will be able to find the delivery service we intend on using on all our listings, although this may change for larger heavier and more expensive orders.
We will always provide you the tracking number (where neccassary) on the paypal transaction.
Please enusre that your address and postcode on paypal is accurate including a post code and that it is upto date as this is the address where we send all orders to.
If you wish us to send your items to another address you will need to add this to paypal as a gift address and select it during the checkout process.

Returns Policy
We hope that you will be very happy with your purchases. However, we offer a 14 day no-quibble money back guarantee on all items Excluding Personalised Items & Consumables.
If you would like to exchange or get a refund on your purchase, please email us at alternatively message us through the Ebid messaging system within 7 days.
You then have 14 days in total to send the item back.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the item back to us. We will not charge you postage costs for sending an exchange to you.
Please contact us for our returns address and a reference number before returning any items to us so that we are aware that you intend to return an item and so that we can process the exchange/refund as quickly as possible.
Faulty / Damaged Item
We check all purchase prior to dispatch for any damage/faults. However, if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please email us within 3 days of delivery at so that we can rectify this. We will pay for all postage costs, however we will not pay for more than the most cost effective service (i.e if an item can be returned via 2nd Class recorded we will not pay for first class recorded if you choose to use this method or any other method that is more expensive than the lowest price delivery option)
