Established in 2008 we are a family run business, we understand the need to budget and watch the pennies.  This is why we offer affordable useful gift solutions suitable for the whole family.  We offer a broad range of home & garden gifts that are all reasonably priced and of good quality.

Just What I Want is a friendly business and yes we have made mistakes along the way, but who hasnt!  If a customer is unhappy we will try our very best to rectify the problem.

We promise that we will do our best to put things right!  We are always ready to listen to your suggestions and comments, or if there is something you want but cannot find in our shop please contact us

Payments
Payments by paypal are our preferred method, it is safe for both parties. We do not see any of your financial details.  All payments are made using a 100% secure encrypted server and you do not need a paypal account to pay via this method, we accept all major debit/credit cards. 
If you wish to pay by cheque/postal order this is fine but please contact us first!  We will need to issue you with payment details. 

Ordering
When ordering, if you are ordering more than 1 item in the same order please contact us for postage costs.

Postage & Packaging
We usually try to keep the cost as low as possible, all postage costs include packaging materials.  All items are calculated by weight, if you wish to order multiple items we will calculate the cost and inform you before you purchase items.

Delivery
Orders below 1kg will be sent via royal mail, orders above 1KG will be sent via City Link at a cost of £4.25 per order.
Please allow 5 - 7 working days to recieve your order. Working days does not include Saturdays or Sundays. In extremely busy periods it may take longer but we will always let you know in this event. 

Returns (14 day no quibble returns policy)
Should you for any reason wish to return your item, you may do so within 14 days. We do not reimburse for postage on returns. Please notify us that you wish to return an item purchased from our ebid store, stating the reasons.  We respectfully ask that you send all items securely wrapped and that they are in an un-used re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting and put your own address on back of package.  Once we have received your returned order, we will begin the refund process.  We will keep you informed throughout the refunding process, so that you do not feel left in the dark.
