Selling on eBid is a brand new venture for us, but we are well known on other sites and have built up a very good reputation for our excellent customer service.

We have been selling online for around 5 years and have established a good business selling, "rare", "out of print" and "difficult to obtain" books, CD's, cassettes, sheet music, knitting patterns and other sought after ephemera.

Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority!

We price our stock competitively according to the available market, with realistic p&p charges and we will always combine multiple orders to reduce the p&p costs where possible.

Completed orders are normally despatched within 2 business days by either Royal Mail or Courier.

Our returns policy is simple.
If you change your mind, are not happy with your purchase or with the service you have received from us.
Just send us an email to notify us of your complaint within 7 days and post the item (or items) back in the original packaging within 30 days.
It's as easy as that!

We leave feedback after the whole transaction has been completed and use your feedback as confirmation that you have recieved your order and are happy with your purchase.
If you are not happy with our transaction for any reason, please contact us 'prior' to leaving feedback in order that we may attempt to resolve any issues you have.
