Hello, and thanks for taking an interest in our eBid auctions. My name is Lynda, and my husband's Paul. We live in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida, US. I'm a native Floridian, and Bonita Springs has been home for the last thirty-four years.
We are interested in precious metals, collectibles, coins and jewelry. During over forty years of attending shows, collecting and learning about our subjects we have made many friends and had lots of fun.
Now we feel it's time to get into the idea of online stores and auctions. Whilst we're new to this particular method of selling, we have all that experience to call on, and we know that however you sell the same things remain important. You will find us fair, honest, and reliable. We believe in courtesy, communication, and prompt service.
In the unlikely event that you have any sort of problem when buying from us, please get in touch and we will do everything we can to solve the problem.
We do have a few terms and conditions, and various policies and useful bits of information that we hope you will find helpful.
Under 18 Age Restriction
In accordance with eBid terms and conditions our listings are not open to minors. Please only bid if you are over 18 years old, thank you.
Shipping
We aim to ship next working day after payment. Mailings are done Monday to Friday only. We are happy to combine postage when multiple items are bought. We offer a range of shipping methods - please indicate which method you require so that we can invoice you accordingly.
Payment
We can accept PayPal, Google Checkout and US Postal Money Orders. Sorry, we cannot accept International Money Orders, checks, cash or bank transfers.
Returns policy
Returns are accepted if made within seven (7) days in the US and fourteen (14) days from outside the US. Buyers must make contact to arrange returns in advance. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped, with equivalent packaging. The purchase price, less any postage paid, will be refunded on receipt.
Our items are generally one-offs, unique and unreplaceable. We regret, therefore, that we are unable to offer exact replacements in the event of loss or damage. We will always do our best to work out a solution for you, and if no suitable item is available we will refund your purchase price.
