Playtime Toys and Games will ship worldwide and postage will alter depending on which country and the weight and size of the item. Please email us to receive a quote.

Delivery Times

Goods are sent by Royal Mail, Standard Parcel and Courier ie Ipost, TNT, Fedex, UPS or Citylink (to the UK mainland only).

Provided your item is in stock, please allow 2-3 days for lighter items and up to five days for larger items, please allow 15 working days before contacting us. If at any point we think that we will take longer than this, we will inform you as soon as possible. We can offer Special next day delivery.

Should your item not be in stock we will inform you by email and place on back-order - if on backorder please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery.

Delivery Address

If your order is intended as a gift and you need to send it to a different address or it would be more convenient for your order to be sent to a work address then you can change the delivery address when you checkout your order.

Delivery Security

Please note that in order ensure that your order arrives with you safely we are unable to request that our delivery partner leaves your order anywhere else other than with someone at the designated delivery address. In the event that you are not in when the delivery driver calls a card will be posted through your door with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection

Returns & Cancellations

Returns

If you wish to return an item, it should be complete, unopened, unused and in resale-able condition. Items may be returned at customers own cost within 7 days and a refund for the items returned will be issued to the purchasing card or by Paypal's refund system. If the items are returned within 7 days, a full refund will be given.

In addition to the above rules as laid down by Trading Standards Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept returned items up to 28 days from purchase so long as they are as new and in unused condition. The cost of p&p will not be refunded. If you wish to return an item please log your order number, name, product and reason for return via customer contact form.

Returning Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you should receive goods from us that are damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours at . If a product arrives damaged or faulty, Playtime Toys and Games reserves the right to acquire photographic evidence before progressing to resolve the problem. Where deemed possible we will replace any faulty/damaged components rather than replacing the whole item. We will always ensure that the product received is suitable for use and of satisfactory condition, and will endeavour to solve any problem as efficiently as possible. Failure to supply photographic evidence by e-mail or post may invalidate your contract with Playtime Toys and Games.

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind after placing your order and wish to cancel, you may do so. You must email or call as soon as possible to do this as a cancellation cannot be accepted after despatch. Cancellations received before despatch will incur no fee or handling charge.

Please note, cancellations received after despatch will be handled as per our returns policy WITHOUT EXCEPTION
