Delivery

All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

Products

Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of your cleared payment. In the event that a product has been overlooked, and is currently out of stock, you will be notified of this and we would expect to get your goods to you within 14 days.

Damage In transit

It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.

Shortage

It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

 Incorrect Goods

Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us. Non deliveries We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale.

Consumer rights
The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by the terms of our service.

Condition
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of goods by the seller to the buyer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions including any terms or conditions that the buyer may purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order or similar document.

Acceptance of delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Any variation to these Terms and Conditions by Bedlam At Home shall be allowed.

The goods
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the product itself. Products are on a first come first server basis, we can not be held responsible for items that are out of stock at time of making your order/s

Orders
Stock may be withdrawn or discontinued. We shall make every effort to update the auction at all times, but you understand and acknowledge that we are not liable to you for any failure or delay to fulfill an order due to products being out of stock, or discontinued.

Once an order has been placed by you and accepted by us you have no right to cancel the order, except at our discretion in exceptional circumstances. Once we have dispatched the products we are unable to cancel any orders.

Payment
Payment for the price of the products shall be due in pounds sterling at the time of the order. The price displayed includes VAT.

Warranty
All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by state or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Agreement.

We shall only extend the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty to you, and do not separately warranty the products ourselves.

In the event of the product requiring replacement or repair under the warranty, you must contact the manufacturer directly.

Price
The pricing of items is subject to change, we can not be held responsible for any loss incurred from our price changes.

Overall agreement
These terms and conditions (as amended from time to time), together with the terms and conditions of use of the website (as amended from time to time) and the privacy policy (as amended from time to time), constitute the entire agreement between you and us. You should regularly check the terms and conditions of use of the website and the privacy policy for any updates and/or amendments.
