All items are inspected and I attempt to accurately describe them in as much detail as possible. In my book store you will find mainly second hand (but carefully treated) books. If you require further information about any item please just email me, and I will be happy to answer any questions.
PAYMENT & DELIVERY
I endeavour to ship the same day that payment is received. Postage is by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Larger items may be sent by City Link or My Hermes.
Payment can be made by Paypal, either directly from the account or with a credit card, or by bankers draft directly into my bank account. If you wish to pay by bankers draft please purchase the item then contact me for my bank account details.
Please pay within 3 days of purchase, otherwise your purchase will be cancelled and item put back on sale.
I am happy to combine shipping for multiple items - please ask before purchasing, so I can find the best deal.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase after receipt please contact me by email to discuss the best option for you.
If the item is damaged (and the damage is not mentioned in the listing), please contact me by email to arrange a return and full refund.
Refunds, including return shipping, are given for faulty items only; if you receive the item and decide you don't like it, I am happy to refund you the cost of the item on return, but will not refund return shipping.
Please contact me before any item is returned so I can tell you how to return the item and obtain proof of posting.
