When goods are received by our customers, they should be checked immediately. Claims for packing errors or damaged goods should be notified to our offices within 48 hours of receipt of said goods. In this instance a full refund less postage & packing charges will be issued. In the case of packing errors goods should be returned in their original packaging and be in perfect re-saleable condition. This Policy, will not apply if goods have been worked upon, altered or damaged in any way by misuse or not in accordance with the Manufacturers instructions.Complaints Procedure
