Welcome To Taingtiques
We sell antiques and vintage products or simply nice pieces of bric a brac that have caught our eye! Our main focus is tableware and home decor. Please browse or potter through our pages. We want your experience to be as close to real, touchy-feely shopping as possible, so ask as many questions as you like!
Do bear in mind that all our products have been previously used and. although we insist on a minimum standard of condition that is reasonable to good, many of our products will have some signs of cosmetic wear and minor damage. Therefore please ensure that you are happy with the description and check the photographs provided carefully before purchasing.
At the time of writing we are selling most of our products through two Ebid stores - Puffin Antiques and Collectables
and Puffin Paperweights and Glass. We are hoping to open more specialised shops as we grow.
We use PayPal for the confidence it provides to our buyers and the speed and ease with which payments can be processed from all corners of the world. Our PayPal account will accept most major credit and debit cards, so you don't need to have a registered PayPal account to pay for items. Please note that you will be diverted to the PayPal website to make your payment.Dispatch will be within 2 working days of cleared payment or PayPal receipt.
Unless stated otherwise we dispatch by Royal Mail First Class to UK destinations. Delivery time will normally be 1-3 working days from dispatch date. We dispatch by the Royal Mail Air Mail Small Packets service to international destinations. Delivery time will normally be 1-2 weeks from dispatch date. In the event of delay please note that the Royal Mail allow up to the following times before a claim for loss will be accepted: UK - 15 working days; Europe - 20 working days; Rest of World - 25 working days.
Please note that the services described above are not tracked or registered and do not require a signature on delivery. An upgraded service may be offered where an item is of high value. A private courier service may be necessary to dispatch items weighing more than 2 kg or above certain size limits abroad. Courier services from our remote location may require a longer delivery time than the Royal Mail sdrvices described above.
