3. returns policy
*If an item is faulty or damaged, or if you feel it does not live up to the item description, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Then, return the item in its original packaging, securely wrapped for a full refund of your purchase price, or replacement(if in stock). You will be reimbursed postage costs for returning the parcel to me if it's Arts Banquet's error.
