my item was despatched on the 2nd of december and has still not been recieved as it is meant as a gift for my mums birthday in 2 days im now worried it wont arrive ! cant get a reply from seller !!

I have emailed asking where my item is, no response. It states it has been shipped (2 days, 6 days ago), still waiting! Let's hope my son will not be disappointed as this is a Christmas gift!

Had to wait around three weeks for delivery and then I assume that only happened after we sent a notification about it.

Don't be fooled by the UK address, this Company is not based in the UK at all, Item took 16 days to be delivered, which was too late. So far seller has ignored email request for a refund!!

Would not purchase again from this seller. Very slow at responding to emails, I have sent 5 'nudges' for one question I asked, and it has only just been responded to. I was not advised the item would take 12-14 days to be delivered,very poor service
