Sorry for giving you negative, but you ignored my messages and email about this missing card.
I ordered a vinyl and it was shipped in a plastic bag with no protection for the album. Item came bent from shipping. Buyer reached out to me after feedback was left. Seller didn’t ask if they could make it right, but instead ridiculed me and wrote my concerns off as not valid and proceeded to call me a troll. Not very professional or very good customer service. This is the conversation that transpired. YOUR THE FIRST TO COMPLAIN ABOUT SHIPPING THIS WAY. IF YOU HAVE A POSTAL WORKER SEE ITS A ALBUM AND TREAT IT WRONG THAT IS NOT MY FAULT. As the one who shipped the item, yes it is your responsibility to ensure it has the best chance of making it to the buyer in the same condition as it was listed as possible. Just because the album was only $5.00 doesn’t mean you should ship it as if it’s a piece of trash. It’s a record, not a magazine or a book. Any bend or knocks up against the album DO actually cause notable damage to the product. I don’t see why I should be punished for your inability or willingness to ship your items properly. If you’d like I’d be more than happy to show you some resources on how to ship a vinyl properly, so as not to ensure damage from shipping? Seller cancelled my transaction without letting me know. Seller did not respond why they cancelled my purchased item.
Waited 3 week for a $1 card never received even after seller said they mailed it. The seller will not receive any business from me!!
Still have NOT recieved card!!! Whats up!
