no contact from seller. called the number, international for me, some guy answered and said he would ship the package. never has gotten back to me about anything

1st time buying, i promptly paid and never recieved product and the seller becomes inactive.
The seller does not answer emails and does not answer exactly. It is not normal.
item not yet received (at 30 Oct)overdue
Did not receive goods reimbursed by paypal.
