Well , it is within the expected delivery dates , but how do you know , that there's an expected delivery date.12 weeks seems a lot of time to rip a lot of people off and by the end of that time...simply...disappear.So everybody should consider that and hence , seller should answer every feedback and give full info about himself and the way he ships the items and how everything works.I believe this is appropriate as we have paid hell a lot of money.
Can I add my comments to the most recent postings. I have several high value items currently outstanding, all well within the expected delivery dates. Sam has answered each of my emails promptly and has kept me informed at all stages. can we please end the present hysteria currently appearing on the forums?
Received item today in good condition as described. Took 7 weeks which is fine! Still waiting for the 'high end' items and expect them to arrive soon. - Seller has replied to all e-mails promptly and the recent negative comments are unfair!! Thanks Sam

I have contacted the seller numerous times about my laptop & he answered me everytime within one hour.I was told that none of the Laptops have arrived yet.I have bought a few things from this seller in the past with no problems.After all it did state on the laptop auctions that it could take up to 12 weeks to arrive.I think we should all cool down & wait the maximum 12 weeks before we have anything to complain about.
waied weeks and weeks for this too, eventually arrived, but was not told about customs fees, when queried this was told they would pay me back but still no sign of the money?
same with this item, no contact and been waiting two moths, have asked for refund,lets see?

With 3 more negative comments on this user - I hope they take note - as do other users/bidders that professional sellers should be the ones who are obliged to supply enough details to sell items. I have read numerous comments on this and other sites where bidders feel wary of asking for additional information. If they have nothing to hide they will not mind providing any contact information asked for. From an experienced auction seller/buyer.
Tried to get further info from seller re: address since most previous delivered/rated auctions have been much lower £ than this auction. Was supposed to be buying 3 laptops - but seller failed to respond and I never had a reply to various e-mails. If this is a one-off then the seller won't mind providing details of why this happened and also why they won't supply further contact information. If not then be wary that although this seller has some good feedback % wise - that 99% + of these auctions are for low priced items (compared with a £1500- £2000 laptop).

Good service although UK Customs wanted to charge me tax. They were quietened by my sending the email proving how much the binocs were bought for.

I was told that no uk duty was liable on my camera, customs thought differently as it was marked with an incorrect value. VAT, exise duty and post office fee had to be paid adding £20+ to the price.

MAybe I am naive but I didn't expect to pay £11.35 (over and above the £17 shipping charge) for vat and clearance fee. This charge followed an enquiry from C&E regards item description and full cost. Is this normal?
I won a bid for a camcorder, my money was taken out of my account 29 days ago and I still haven't recieved delivery yet. Although I was told that it would be 7-14 days. I ave set umerous e- mails trying to find out what has happened but to no avail as yet.

To be honest I was slightly dubious about this seller to begin with and began to think that I would never see the item. HOWEVER, indeed it came, within two weeks which is within the 'few weeks' which was sugested. It works fine and I am very happy with it. So, from my experience, this seller is good for his word. I also won another auction after this one from the same seller and will give feedback when this comes.

paid swiftly by p pal have now asked for a refund still waiting to see if i get my money back item bought and paid for on the 14 august now it is the 24 september and still no goods sorry cant rcomend this trader will report back further if refund is not sucessfull
