Vintage or Antique Primitive Wood Wooden Hinged Garlic Press
This is an old wooden garlic press. I am sure it is vintage; not sure if it qualifies for antique. There is a large round indentation in the bottom half with holes in the bottom. A smaller round indentation is in the top half. The press is hinged and measures about 10" in length. There is just a tiny bit of red paint on the handle as you can see in the photos.
Although I'm not an expert on kitchen primitives, this garlic press looks to be in very good shape for its age. It has the usual kitchen stains and signs of use and is completely intact. The wood is beautifully aged and the hinges work perfectly.
