This item:  An original Hammer Film signed contract for the late John Forbes-Robertson  (1928 - 2008) as the The Man in Black in The Vampire Lovers; also in this contract are details of his date of work on the movie.   John Forbes-Robertson was the only actor other than Christopher Lee to actually play Dracula for Hammer and was even considered for Dracula in The Scars of Dracula until Christopher Lee was finally persuaded to take on the role again.  This is an actual file copy of the contact that John Forbes-Robertson would have signed for the movie. I met the delightful Mr Forbes-Robertson on the set of Don Fearney's prelude to the blu ray of The Brides of Dracula when he kindly signed this for me. A fascinating item for the collector. Rare

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) :   Very Good + -:  two horizontal folds; lighter edge / corner wear; waterstained as these were, I understand, thrown away by Hammer; overall, a very good copy.
