The Grape Cure by Johanna Brandt ( Ehret Literature | Pocket Sized Edition )

Offered is a pocket sized edition of "The Grape Cure" (also called ampelotherapy) which is an alternative, naturopathic medicinal regimen created by Johanna Brandt and published in 1927. Although today, grapes are documented to have health benefits upon consumption (with limited medical studies to show this is so), the ability of the "Grape Cure" to put cancer into remission is considered to be fantasy by modern medical scholars. So, reader be warned. Nevertheless, it is interesting that Brandt's "cure" remains in publication in various forms even today. The publishing date of this paperback sized book is unknown. Condition is acceptable with a front cover crease parallel to the spine (as often caused by reading) and there is minor wear on the covers as one might expect from handling and time. There is no vertical spine crease though there is a horizontal crease where the book suffered some sort of impact. Interior pages have browned a bit from age but still plenty legible.
