Original German 23 inch x 33 inch Poster for the 1950 Roy Boulting Thriller SEVEN DAYS TO NOON starring Barry Jones, André Morell, Olive Sloane, Sheila Manahan, Joan Hickson and Ronald Adam.
A professor engaged in atomic research becomes distraught to the point of madness at the thought of the ultimate warfare bound to result from his work. He threatens to blow up London within a week unless the government ends atomic research.
Poster art by Boris Streimann (1908 - 1984). German painter, graphic artist and commercial artist. In the 1920s and 1930she mainly worked for the UFA advertising service, but also for Hegewald-Film, Deutsche Fox A.G., Tobis and Bavaria. From 1945 he produced film posters and advertisements for Union-Film, Deutsche London-Film, Eagle-Lion and J. Arthur Rank. He also designed book covers, soap advertisements and advertising posters for industry.
The poster is in very good folded condition with a brown paper sticker bottom left, minor creasing and minor edge wear.
