Please have a look at my personalized silicone tag.
You can have it personalized with your medical / contact / ICE / etc. info / details.
This tag comes with a link made of stainless steel (316) so you can attach it to your BCD.
The tag itself is made of silicone so it is very durable and sea water resistant.
Also it is laser engraved and not printed so there is no chance of the text rubbing off.
The size of the tag is cca. 25x45mm as seen in the pictures.
PLEASE NOTE that the size can be adjusted if needed by a few mm (either way), depending on the info required.
