Overall condition is acceptable. This is the first printing of the New Bantam edition. The front cover has minor to moderate edge wear, a crease running parallel to the spine, very small creasing in the upper and lower right corners, some discoloration of the white due to age, average shelf wear, and a pen squiggly above the author's name. The back cover has a stain in the upper right corner, a crease running parallel to the spine, some cover discoloration, minor to moderate edge wear, a tiny dog ear crease in the lower left corner, and average shelf wear. The spine has two wrinkles but no vertical crease as indicative of reading. The spine also has some edge shipping and moderate edge wear. Interior pages have discolored with age. There is a division calculation written in pen on the inside back cover.
