Seller's Description
Printed in 1943, the booklet is toned, worn about the edges and a little soiled. One vertical crease through the center, from folding.
Of course, many of the stamps have been removed, but many different samples remain, a few are shown.
There were 6 total pages. One remains complete and 5 are partial.
The back of the book tells "when you have used your ration, to salvage the TIN CANS and WASTE FATS, as they are needed to make munitions for our fighting men." I'm guessing that waste fats held the powder together in the shells. Issued to Robert I. Smith of Dayton, Ohio.
