Baker & Co Ltd Central Ironworks of Newport, Monmouthshire, the manufacturer of the carriage verandah featuring at the front of the station building.

Postally used on 22 February 1904 with duplex 561 Newport cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mr J. G. Cowell, Builder & Contractor, Soham, Cambridgeshire.
Very good condition, with slight corner bumps.
