this is a used keyring attachment so it does have surface scratches on the the acrylic cover.......not too many but scattered around..........no cracks or breaks in the plastic.......marks not really seen without a magnifying glass.....the colors are nice and bright so it actually looks kind of new when you look at it..........intl shipping may be lower............send a message for an exact wuote..........
