Original World War 2 business industry trade magazine vintage ad for GENERAL ELECTRIC COMPANY of Schenectady, NY. Electronics Department. The Facts About Radar. The whole history of Radar has been an example of successful collaboration between Allies on an international scale. Radar sends out beam of ultra high frequency waves, reflected back to instruments which determine planes location, speed and direction. Interceptor planes then surprise and destroy the advancing enemy. Amazing electron invention that locates distant places and ships despite darkness and fog. Old 1943 WW2 era propaganda magazine advertisement. Light stamp on the bottom page edge. Would display nicely matted and framed.
