Returns- SHOGP offers 30 day returns on most of our products, buyer pays for return shipping. Hand Made, Custom Made, and Specialty Made are usually excluded from our return policy. The product being returned must be in original condition, new, undamaged, unused with all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and anything else that came with the item from the factory. If anything is missing or damaged once we receive the item back, the return claim will be denied, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping to have the product returned back. Buyer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to begin a return claim. Do not return a product without first filling a return claim and have been given an approval number, and the correct address to ship the return.
