brolite company 1958 valuable ingredients bake sell better vintage ad

Original commercial bakery trade magazine vintage ad for BROLITE COMPANY, INC in Chicago, IL. Valuable ingredients for baker since 1928. Bake and sell better with Brolite O.B. stabilizer, pie dough culture, white and cocoa fudge bases, Brosoft, Vita-Plus white culture and rye sours. 1958 unique old baking industry advertisement. About six issues of this rare magazine was found in a storage unit, in their original, rolled paper mailing sleeve addressed to Frieds Bakery in Mountaindale, New York. These magazines were folded in half, unopened for 55 years. As such, this bakery ad has a slight crease or warp down the center, but would still display very nicely when matted and framed. There are also two small moisture spots on the bottom page edge.
