Vintage Block Tulip 7 Inch Hurricane Vase / Candle Holder - 24% Lead Crystal Hand Crafted  - Poland


Let me start off by saying this is the fourth of a number of 24% Lead Crystal items I purchased from an estate sale.  The boxes for most of the items that the children had up for sale, showed that the basement had been very wet and all the boxes were damaged.  I have included pictures to show the damage to the box.  Even though all the boxes are damaged, I will not pitch unless you state you don't want, otherwise the bowl or the vase will be shipped in the original box along with being inside a better, sturdier box.

This vase/candle holder was originally sold by Block under their trade name.

This is a 7 inch crystal hurricane vase/candle holder that is called Tulip, with Satin, Frosted tulips going around the upper edge of the vase/candle holder.  The vase/candle holder is approximately 4 1/4 inches in diameter and it is heavy.  This is 24% lead crystal made in Poland, when, no idea, just know that it is a vintage piece.

There are 6 frosted tulips that are approximately 2 by 2 inches going around the top of the vase/candle holder.

Both the tags/labels are still attached to the side and bottom of the vase, plus a label warning about using and leaving a candle.  There is no candle included with this vase.

I have tried to show the design around the vase, not sure if it is supposed to be a bird or leaf.

There are no chips, no breaks, no cracks, no scratches, no scuffs, nothing to mar the beauty of the vase.  Hopefully the pictures will allow you to see the depth of the design.

This vase, along with the original box will be boxed and padded for shipping, in a priority box.

Postage will be calculated priority mail, on a weight of 2 1/2 pounds.

I have taken all the pictures and have tried, to the best of my ability the bowl to its best advantage.  If you require additional pictures, please let me know and be specific.
