On Wed, Mar 5, 4:52 PM I get Shipping Details about item I paid for, and tracking Number is 9434636208326281629745. When check on tracking, it says label created and USPS waiting for the item. 7 days just passed on just waiting. Please ship the item or just drop the email when ready, or other solution make a full refund and let me know. Thank you in advance.

Answer From etools_clearance [+4669] Tue 11 Mar 2025 19:15:19 (EDT) My apologies for the delay. The shipment was picked up by the daily postal worker on 3/6 at 4:40pm. It appears that the package might be left forgotten somewhere in the PO. I've just submitted a service request on usps.com with #75668316. They usually locate this type of 'lost' package in a day or two. Will wait for 2 or 3 days and see how it goes. If nothing shows up after 4~5 days or so, will proceed to full refund or ship out another unit. Sorry about the delay, will follow up depending on the tracking anyway.

Answer From etools_clearance [+4669] Fri 14 Mar 2025 23:53:34 (EDT) Been a few calls; the system keeps trying to route the case to the delivery PO while the issue is really on the origin PO. Will just re-ship another unit out. Really sorry about the length delay. Will update new tracking later.
