Rainbow Mix Swiss Chard
Rainbow Mix is a heirloom variety of Swiss Chard that features various shades of green leaves with stems that are a palette of gold, crimson, pink, pink-and-white striped, purple, orange, scarlet, white, and green. The young leaves are suitable for salads. The mature leaves should be cooked briefly or their colors will start to fade. Rainbow Mix Swiss Chard will grow up to 20 inches and matures in 49 days. The seeds take an average of 14 days to germinate at 68-86°F.
