- Note: Barcoded Machins are 50% larger than a traditional Machin definitive, partly due to the adjacent barcode. The main feature of each stamp’s (2D) barcode (also known as a data matrix) is unique and printed alongside the stamp design.
- BEWARE of buying FAKE or FORGED versions of this issue. There are many for sale on the different auction sites.
- I guarantee these have come from Royal Mail Philatelic Bureau as part of their "stamp-swap" programme which is why I am selling them slightly cheaper than the Post Office. I can show you the paperwork if required to verify my sale.
